‘No joke’: Ottawa to give Ukraine $4 million to fund gender-inclusive demining

Oh yes, this is now a thing and our Federal Government has taken $4 million out of  your pockets and my pockets, at the point of a gun, to fund that thing.  Does it cost more to operate a gender-inclusive demining program? $4 million more?  Why?  Seriously…WHY?
