Well there is some colour in a part of the sky. Better than nothing.
Lights are on. Why is it not operating the way its supposed to. It cost around half a million dollars. I would hope that since our high salaried residents of City Hall decided to spend all that money on this piece of “art” , they would maintain it. Sadly, this is Thunder Bay. Infrastructure maintenance are not in its administrative budget. Begging senior levels of government for cash is its specialty. All government cash, no matter which level of government is the source, comes out of our pockets.
I still think that the lighthouse would make a great Airbnb
