Should be a thing here as well. If your kids (minors) burn down a school, then maybe you should be held responsible. It might make people take parenting much more seriously.
Anyone can be a sperm dispenser and a sperms receptible. That is easy. Being a good parent is hard. Raising children is hard. Its time people are held responsible for their children’s actions.
