The construction site of the mistake on the lake, the waterfront art gallery. Looks like they are building a bridge instead of an art agllery.
Its cold out there
You can take a shopping cart from Renco all the way to the Prince Arthur and then just leave it out front. Don’t have to return it. Just leave it there. Life is good for people in Thunder Bay. You need something, just take it. Once you don’t need it anymore, just leave it for someone to collect.
Who pays for the collection of feral carts? We do through higher prices.
