Sign says “open” but its around 7:30 am on a Saturday morning.
I’m going to give this a “false”. I doubt if its open.

Water bottle photo. Nobody seems to care about all of the plastic bottles that are being discarded around the city. These water bottles are being handed out by a number of local organizations at no cost. I see quite a few laying all over the north core and city parks.

A bag of extra long grain rice. Empty? I did not check.
If it was full, I would not be surprised.
I see the windows broken in a vandalism spree quite a while ago have not been replaced. Maybe the building owner likes the pattern.

Budweiser seems to be the beer of choice for the outdoor drinking crowd right now. The popularity of beer brands change regularly. Is it price? Do beers go on sale? These people go for the best bang for the buck. I doubt if their is much brand loyalty among this crowd.
Its not blood. Could be any number of drinks. I did not look too closely. It’s colour that I am after.
