Nice blanket. Free for the taking. These things are disposable now. Use it and then leave it. Getting a free replacement is easy peasy.
Trash left behind by a client of the Dew Drop Inn’s free food program. The very LEAST that those clients can do, after receiving free food, is not to leave their trash laying around the city. I guess that is too much to ask.
