The City of Thunder Bay is not innocent when it comes to replacing glass with plywood. I suspect this plywood is going to be around for a while. Its getting late in the year.
This is not the first time this particular pane of glass has been broken. This area of the overpass is popular with the urban ne’er-do-wells. Are there not cameras inside the overpass?
Ontario Government Building. The design looks completely out of place in this location.
