Came across this on Court Street. This is part of the contract completed last year. Not sure what is going on. Sandblasting asphalt?
The amount of dust was stunning. I can’t believe that this type of thing is allowed to take place in any city let alone Thunder Bay.
The dust was being blown over a very large area. Many homes and businesses were in the path of this cloud of dust.
This is happening in a residential/business area.
Disgusting. Really disgusting.
