Before sky replacement
After sky replacement. A forest of steel at the site of the net carbon neutral build site of the “mistake on the lake. I don’t think there is enough steel left in the city to make the building any more net carbon neutral. Imagine the amount of steel required to make the building net carbon zero. No wonder the cost of building a net carbon neutral building is so much higher than a regular building Steel ain’t cheap.
