Thunder Bay – Sunday

Maybe the City of Thunder Bay should have gone this route when designing heavy traffic areas in Marina Park.  The plastic product used turned out to be crap. Crap taxpayers we paid to install and remove.

I still do not understand what these TbayTel are.  Every one that I see looks like this.  Somehow this does not look dependable and or secure.  Are there people depending on these things working properly?

I think the birds might be pulling things out of these cans.  That or this person just came up a metre short in his/her effort to place the trash in the can.  Close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades.   Is that a Target bag?

The MV Evens Spirit at Richardson

I believe this to be a racoon.  On the island in the Pool 6 pond.  If it is, its my first racoon sighting. It came down to the water’s edge for a drink, saw me and then high tailed it back.   I was lucky to get this photo.

Living in there somewhere.  I will now have to keep my eyes peeled.

More reflections today.

MV Iyrada still anchored out there. The crew must be bored.

Notice this gull having a tough time with this crayfish.  The crayfish was still alive.  Looks like another crayfish met its end here.  Anyway, I put the crayfish back in the water.

It might have a chance.

Left by someone after yesterday’s Alzheimer’s walk.

Doing some trolling.

Trash in context.  Lots of sugar in this juice. You are better off eating an orange. Less sugar and you get some fiber.

How is the camping season coming along at the north end of Marina Park?

Spots are starting to fill up.  If you want a good spot, you better hurry.

This looks like the tent that was down by Pool 6.

Cystic Fibrosis event today

Trash in context.  If you make the trash colourful, maybe people won’t mind it laying all over the city.

The Loop at the corner of Red River Road and Court Street has a new window decoration.   Looks good.
