This PetSmart cart has been see all over the north downtown core. Its been around for several years now.
Common merganser. As you can see, its head is a dark green although it looks black most of the time.

Court Street has had its base layer of asphalt patched. Now there is work taking place on a couple of areas of concrete sidewalk.
