I walk past the future site of the new art gallery located in the southern part of Marina Park and the former Eaton’s Building almost everyday. I still cannot understand how the waterfront location benefits any Thunder Bay businesses. The former Eaton’s building WOULD have done just that. I believe that this was an opportunity missed. Our high salaried residents of City Hall should have stipulated that in exchange for their support, the Eaton’s location would be chosen as the location for the new art gallery. The choice of this location is sooo obvious.
Took a close look at the potholes that have developed on the “less than one year old” section of Court Street. Actually, its less than six months old.
