In the Spirit Garden Fire Pit. Could have put it all in one of the several trash cans which they would have walked past on the way out. But they didn’t. Not an uncommon thing in this city. This behaviour across the city is what is keeping its borderline shithole status in tact. Add in winning the “Murder City Cup” every year and you have Thunder Bay. A place that was a pretty nice place, maybe 20 years ago. Not now. Maybe not ever again.
