Is this work included in the contract for sewer and water line replacement that is going on just across the intersection or is it a separate contract? If the work was included in the street contract, the taxpayer would likely receive a price discount for the work as all of the workers, equipment and materials required to do all of the required work to repair manholes and catchbasins around the intersection is already on site.
