Thunder Bay – Friday

Big Dig today

Where there’s fun, there’s Kelly’s.  Thunder Bay’s finest rotgut wine. “An easy sipping wine….” Sure thing.

It has to be boring up there. No tv. No internet. Just sitting on the nest.  Wind. Rain. Sun…well maybe not sun.

This was her campaign HQ.  Pretty sure that she’s gone now. Ain’t nobody going to pick up that sign.

Morning sky photo

Not sure why I took this photo

Fence down again.

and this as well.

and the crossing guard shacks as well

Catching some rays

I have been noticed.

My interest has caused some concern with the male Common Merganser on the end. The female has also turned.

Another painted rock.  Not sure what it represents.

Buttercup. The strong wind made taking a macro photo difficult.  I hope to do better tomorrow.  When you are soo close to the object, even the tiniest movement will put your object out of focus.

You need comfort when you are in the process depositing your trash on the ground.  That chair is probably full of cooties.

Now that is getting to the point of what I would consider a fully eaten apple.  There is still some “meat’ there that could have been eaten.   Still, a better attempt at apple eating than most of the discarded fruit I see laying around.

This was the former Unitarian church on Algoma Street. It was sold and looks like it might now be a someone’s home.
