Temporary water line for cruise ship replenishing of their potable water supply. Not enough time to put in a permanent one. Left the work too late. Oh well…They only had a couple of years notice.

Ahhhh, you have to love the free needle and drug paraphernalia program. This person/persons got lots of everything. Lots of needles. Lots of whatever all that stuff is. Sooo much extra that the person/persons could not carry it, soo that person/persons left the extra behind for some lucky slob to stumble across.
