Looks like someone broke into Rainbow on Bay Street. Or at least tried? Why else would you break a window? It is a mamajuana dispensary but I doubt if they leave the stuff just laying around the shop. I am sure that the supply of weed and the cash is all locked away behind a very strong and secure door.

Clearing the bus stop area great. Blocking the sidewalk at the same time, a time honoured Thunder Bay tradition. You just gotta love this city.
