I am not the only one taking photographs today

I think the life saving rings have been removed too early. Pretty sure that is open water there.  I think they should be around all year.  Might come in handy if someone falls through the ice.

Looks like the remnants of a waterfront party.  Hairspray….such a Thunder Bay thing…

Trash in context.  The one thing is that the Marina Park trash has a nice view.

More trash in context.  Trash can too far?  Trash too heavy?  The city has too many people that just don’t care living in it. They have no stake in whether the city succeeds or becomes even more of a shithole.  They own nothing. They have no job. Get everything for free.  No responsibility.  What do they care if they leave their trash laying around?  Someone will pick it up. And if that doesn’t happen, so what?   They just don’t care and they never will.

When they spent a million dollars to fix up the Finnish Labour Temple a bunch of years back, they added this hatch.  I guess it is used to raise and lower the flag. Why could they not make it less visible?  Blend it in with the roof somehow. At the very least, paint it silver to match the rest of the roof?  It looks like crap.

This duststorm that the residents of Secord Street are living through could easily be avoided with the use of water.  Water directed to the cutting area would minimize the dust created by the cutting of concrete to almost nothing.

This should not be allowed by our high salaried residents of City Hall.  Dust suppression plan needs to be included in all city contracts, in all private contracts, and all work dome by city staff.   Its just not healthy.  As long as this is OK, this city will have its feet planted firmly in Shitsville.
