Feral shopping carts are in the news now.
You know the giant steel beam located at the end of Pier 1. The one that cost almost $500,000? Well, something is wrong with it. Sounds like this.
This is the speaker in the giant steel beam art piece at the end of Pier 1. It is supposed to have the late Rick Smith reciting words in English and an Indigenous woman translating them into the Oji-Cree language. Needless to say, that is no longer happening. Can it be fixed? It cost almost $500,000 so I would hope so.

I think that we need to put instructions on the side of trash cans explaining their proper use. Maybe go with illustrations instead of text because I doubt that these knuckledraggers can read.
